They offer paper holiday cards from as low as $0.41 per card (minimum order: 18 cards). MyExpression.com's site and ordering interface is quite efficient.

The only thing missing to make MyExpression.com national league is personalization. You can't personalize either the card nor imprint your return address on the envelope.
